2022 Direct Support Professional of the Year. Deborah Rose is the proud recipient of the “2022 Alliance Direct Support Professional of the Year” award. Deborah was born in Pueblo CO, where she grew up in the country. She was 10 when she received a camera for her birthday, and that’s when her interest in photography began.The conference is presented by The Arc of California, Easterseals and United Cerebral Palsy. Each year, the conference features nationally-known speakers who have been trailblazers for promoting policies that improve the disability system, enabling people with IDD to live inclusively in their communities.2023 State of the Art (SOTA) Conference.
