I've gotten many, MANY scam program invites, but this one probably looks the most legit out of any of them... google is giving me mixed results when it comes to the actual legitimacy of NSHSS. While the National Society of High School Scholars is far from being a scam, many people believe otherwise. This is especially true since the organization sends invitations to a lot of high school students, most of which do not apply to be invited. And, more importantly, NSHSS asks for a membership fee, which most honor societies do not require.
